WCVB ‘sister station’ WMUR joins the Scouting for Food effort for the first time in 2016. Both stations are affiliates of Hearst Television.
While WCVB serves the Boston/Metro West area WMUR is based in Manchester, NH and serves the Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts areas.
Anthony Consigli, CEO of Consigli construction has agreed to act as chair of this year’s Scouting for Food effort. This year’s drive will cover more territory than any previous Scouting for Food effort and Consigli, an Eagle Scout and longtime Scouting supporter, is up for the challenge!
Price Chopper is committed to serving local communities by helping reduce food insecurity. That’s why they have agreed to partner with the Boy Scouts in 2016 on the Scouting For Food project. With all collected food going to local pantries Price chopper and the Boy Scouts are working together to ensure that our friends and neighbors have enough to eat in 2016.
